I never said he doesn’t have genetics. He has great genetics. So does Marion Jones, Lance Armstrong, John Welbourn, Ronnie Coleman, Barry Bonds, the list goes on. You have to have great genetics. You can’t take someone with bad genetics and compensate for it with steroids. If you could, we could literally turn anyone into a pro athlete. All steroids do is allow you to recover faster so that you can train more and make more progress in a shorter period of time. Think of it like this, the progress and training volume you could do in a month, now you can do it in 2 weeks because you don’t need as much rest between training sessions, and when you hit your training sessions, you’re able to work harder because you’re better recovered instead of coming in sore and stiff. You get from point A to point B faster.

Ligandrol (LGD-4033) is only tested in Anti-Doping (PED) tests.
This means that the only time you need to be tested for Ligandrol is if you’re playing sports on a semi-professional level or higher.
If your sporting association tests for Performance Enhancing Drugs, you should not take LGD-4033 as it will come up positive, possibly banning from the sport. If you are still going to take Ligandrol regardless of whether it is allowed or not, a safe estimate would be about 12 weeks before its not detectable (unless you are in the olympics, then it will be much greater).

If you?re regularly engaging in CrossFit WODS or other types of anaerobic activity (. HIIT, sprinting, heavy lifting , mid-to-high intensity endurance training, sports like soccer, basketball, football), you should probably  eat around 100 extra grams per hour of anaerobic output . If I come off as a carb basher, it?s only because I assume that most people aren?t doing the kind of activity that warrants carb-loading. CrossFitters are not those people. They can use the carbs.
